Heart of Spring is a one-day immersive retreat created to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system and reconnect with yourself in a grounded, supportive space. Held in the beautiful surroundings of Aanahata Yoga, this intimate gathering is an opportunity to soften into the season and realign with what truly matters.
