Ritual to connect with Your Spirit Guide

Journey to Meet Your Guide: With your eyes closed, visualize a natural environment—a forest, a desert, a mountain. Imagine yourself walking in this landscape, calling out to your spirit guide. Be open to any form of response—images, sensations, words, or feelings.
Communicate and Receive: When you sense the presence of your guide, ask your questions or share your thoughts. Listen with an open heart to the messages received. Remember, spirit guides can communicate in many ways, including through symbols, intuitive insights, or emotional impressions.
Give Thanks and Return: Express your gratitude to your spirit guide for their guidance. Slowly bring your awareness back to your physical surroundings. Ground yourself once again by visualizing roots connecting you to the earth.
